Is the installation cost included in the price of an overhead crane?

Not always—and that's where a budget can easily go off the rails if the right questions aren't asked from the outset. Installing an overhead crane involves the runway, end carriages, electrical wiring, load testing, and, depending on the condition of your building, structural reinforcement work. Protech holds the RBQ license for metal structures and special equipment, which means we handle the entire project—design, supply, installation, and commissioning—under a single responsibility. This is what we call a turnkey service: you have one point of contact, one contract, and no surprises between different trades.
